stringers in the country
Mark Lawrence is a supervisor for the Yonex Stringing Team and is UK badminton manager for the European Racket Stringers Association (ERSA). With almost 30 years of travelling the world, working at international events, Mark had also delivered workshops and seminars in places as far afield as China and the UAE. So whether you are just starting out or wanting to improve your knowledge and skills, he can help.
Stringing Courses
One day courses can be arranged at Wycombe Badminton Centre on a mutually convenient date and can be done on a one to one basis or in small groups of up to four people.
ERSA certification tests are also available. For badminton there are three levels.
1. Professional Stringer – aimed at coaches, players and home stringers
2. Master Professional Stringer – aimed at club, shop and intermediate tournament stringers
3. Pro Tour Stringer – aimed at professionaL level tournament stringers.
